Rebecca Williams is an award-winning creative leader with more than 20 years of experience building iconic brand campaigns across categories including automotive, entertainment, CPG, QSR, fitness, and culture. Known for her adaptive, high-energy leadership style, she has earned top industry recognition from the ANA, Ad Age, Effie, Telly, NAMIC, and ADDY Awards.
Most recently, as SVP, Group Creative Director at Cramer-Krasselt, Rebecca led teams that re-invigorated and launched Porsche’s global “There Is No Substitute” platform. Her team also delivered high-impact social and content-driven campaigns that celebrated the brand’s motorsport heritage and User-generated stories that showcased the deep emotional connection Porsche has with its drivers.
Previously, as VP, Group Creative Director at Cashmere, she drove the creative vision for national campaigns for Disney Parks & Experiences and led new product launches for Kraft Heinz. Earlier roles include Group Creative Director at Burrell Communications, where she delivered award-winning work for McDonald’s, and SVP, Chief Creative Officer at UniWorld Group, overseeing the agency’s creative direction and shaping campaigns for Burger King, Ford Motor Company, the U.S. Marine Corps, M&M’s, and Time Warner Cable.
Rebecca has also worked at the intersection of culture and commerce, collaborating with Russell Simmons to launch Rush Media and creating campaigns for Coca-Cola featuring artists such as LL Cool J, Savion Glover, and Mary J. Blige. As a Creative Director at Spike/DDB, she contributed to winning the McDonald’s business and produced work for Fox Sports and SoftSheen personal care.
An entrepreneur at heart, Rebecca co-founded and served as Co-President and Creative Director of Hot Sauce, a boutique agency where she repositioned Carson Products as a major force in haircare and helped elevate Bally Total Fitness through bold, nationally recognized advertising. She has also consulted independently with brands and organizations entering new and emerging cultural markets.
